TerraSonic2 – Refund Policy
Effective: 15 March 2025

This Refund Policy applies to tickets and merchandise purchased through the TerraSonic2 Website.

1. Ticket Sales

Tickets may be sold directly or via third-party ticketing providers.

Unless otherwise required by law:

  • Tickets are non-refundable.

  • Refunds are only issued if an event is officially cancelled and not rescheduled.

  • If an event is rescheduled, tickets remain valid for the new date.

If tickets are sold through a third-party platform, their refund policy applies.

2. Merchandise Returns

We accept returns only for:

  • Damaged items

  • Incorrect items received

  • Manufacturing defects

Requests must be made within 14 days of delivery.

Items must be unused and in original condition.

Customers must provide photo evidence of damage or defect.

Refunds are processed once the claim is approved.

3. Non-Refundable Items

We do not offer refunds for:

  • Buyer’s remorse

  • Incorrect sizing (please check size guides carefully)

  • Shipping delays outside our control

  • Limited edition or custom items
